Now in its 37th year, Somerhill Gallery is one of the most prominent galleries in the Southeast. Abstract and representational artwork in all visual disciplines is on display in the gallery’s spacious setting at the Venable Center in Durham, NC. Designed by award-winning architect Phillip Szostak, Somerhill‘s environment of five separate gallery spaces with bleached oak floors, open-air glass Atrium, fabric walls and over 40 skylights, is an oasis to the sophisticated traveler.
Fine art glass and art jewelry created by nationally recognized craftspeople can also be found in the gallery’s architecturally significant space. Somerhill Gallery is an art source for the first-time buyer as well as the seasoned collector.
